Overview
An unscripted analog documentary series capturing Toronto’s Do West Fest entirely on 35mm film.
Executed as an opportunistic street-level project, we moved through the festival grounds documenting live street performances, vendor culture, and crowd dynamics. The reliance on analog film grounded the project in rich colors, tangible grain, and an authentic editorial tone.

DIRECTOR'S note
"Shooting analog forces you to slow down and wait for the exact frame to resolve. Without a client brief or shot list, the focus shifted entirely to timing, composition, and capturing the raw texture of the neighborhood on film."
